After placing my order, when will I receive it in the mail?
Orders will be processed and packaged within 3-4 business days of being placed. We'll send out an email with tracking info once your order is ready to be mailed out.
From there, orders in the United States will typically take 3-5 business days to reach their destinations. We usually ship US packages via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Media Mail (when eligible). Orders outside of the United States may take 1-4 weeks or more to arrive, depending on the destination.

Do you collect VAT or other customs-related taxes and fees for international orders?
While we do offer international shipping, all import taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Is tracking included with my order?
Tracking is included, with the exception of small orders that only contain stickers. Those orders will be mailed in a standard stamped envelope with some cardstock backing to protect the stickers. This is to reduce shipping cost on sticker orders, but there is also an option with tracking available for stickers.
Is shipping insurance included with my order?
Shipping insurance is included with any larger handmade artworks, such as original embroideries, original paintings, etc. Items that automatically ship with insurance included will mention this on their product pages.
Can I return/exchange the items I received?
Except in very limited circumstances, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there are issues with your order, or if you have any questions, please contact us and we'll do our best to figure it out!
I entered the wrong shipping address during checkout! What do I do?
Please contact us ASAP with your order confirmation info and the correct address. If we haven't created the shipping label yet, we can mail the package to the correct address without issue. If we have already created the shipping label for the package (and/or if the package has already been shipped), then you'll need to pay the shipping costs for the package again.
If the package is returned to us due to incorrect or outdated address information, we'll reach out to you about it via the contact info you provide during checkout.
